Self Pay Rates for all types of sessions

$125 per session for 60 minutes session
$60 per session for 30 minute session- offered for children under 10

Sliding Scale

Please reach out to Annie at Ember Counseling Care to discuss sliding scale if self pay rates are unaffordable

Insurance

ECC accepts most commercial insurances. Please see insurance page for exact carriers.

Cancellations

Ember Counseling Care LLC operates with a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please provide 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule. After that, a $75 fee will be applied. Please inform your therapist of any emergenices, which are exempt from the cancellation policy.
